Delivery of goods<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.1. <strong>Delivery method<\/strong><br\/>As our shop sells <strong>digital products<\/strong>, the goods ordered are  <strong>sent by email <\/strong>  or access to files in your <strong>order history<\/strong> on the self-service website.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.2 <strong>Delivery time<\/strong><br\/>The goods (e-files) will be dispatched by e-mail or made available in your order history within <strong>1-3 working days<\/strong> of order confirmation. If for any reason there is a delay, we will inform you.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.3 <strong>Shipping cost<\/strong><br\/>Shipping is <strong>free<\/strong> for all digital products. The products will be sent by email or made available directly in your account, with no additional delivery charges.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Returning goods<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1 <strong>Returns period<\/strong><br\/>As we sell <strong>digital products<\/strong>, returns are only legally possible where the product has been damaged or misrepresented. The buyer has the right to return the product within <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> of receipt of the order if it has not yet been downloaded or made available. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.2.  <strong>Conditions for the return of goods<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Returns of digital goods are only possible if there is a <strong>legal infringement<\/strong> (e.g. wrong file or wrong product version).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have received an incorrect file or if there are technical problems with the receipt of your goods, please contact our customer service team immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Goods <strong>cannot be returned<\/strong> if they have been downloaded and\/or used.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.3.  <strong>How to return goods<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please contact our customer service team <strong> at [email protected]<\/strong> if you wish to return an item due to quality issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please describe the problem and provide the order number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will process your request and, if the item needs to be returned, provide you with detailed return instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.4 <strong>Refunds<\/strong><br\/>If your refund request is approved, the money for the product will be refunded to your bank account or, if the payment was made via e-wallet, to the same wallet. Refunds are processed within <strong>7-10 working days<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.
