1. Delivery of goods
1.1. Delivery method
As our shop sells digital products, the goods ordered are  sent by email   or access to files in your order history on the self-service website.
1.2 Delivery time
The goods (e-files) will be dispatched by e-mail or made available in your order history within 1-3 working days of order confirmation. If for any reason there is a delay, we will inform you.  
1.3 Shipping cost
Shipping is free for all digital products. The products will be sent by email or made available directly in your account, with no additional delivery charges.  
2. Returning goods
2.1 Returns period
As we sell digital products, returns are only legally possible where the product has been damaged or misrepresented. The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order if it has not yet been downloaded or made available. 
2.2. Conditions for the return of goods
- Returns of digital goods are only possible if there is a legal infringement (e.g. wrong file or wrong product version).
- If you have received an incorrect file or if there are technical problems with the receipt of your goods, please contact our customer service team immediately.
- Goods cannot be returned if they have been downloaded and/or used.
2.3. How to return goods
- Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] if you wish to return an item due to quality issues.
- Please describe the problem and provide the order number.
- We will process your request and, if the item needs to be returned, provide you with detailed return instructions.
2.4 Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the money for the product will be refunded to your bank account or, if the payment was made via e-wallet, to the same wallet. Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.  
3. Exceptions
3.1 Goods that cannot be returned
Digital goods that cannot be returned:
Goods that have been customised to the buyer’s individual requirements (e.g. customised files).
Goods that have been downloaded and used.
